RABAT, May 5 (Xinhua) -- Djibouti has expressed "full support" for Morocco's decision to cut diplomatic ties with Iran, the Moroccan official MAP news agency reported on Saturday.

In a letter from Djibouti's Foreign Minister Mahmoud Ali Youssouf to his Moroccan counterpart, Youssouf said that his country supports the measure taken by Morocco "to guarantee its security and stability and to face any attempt to undermine its territorial integrity and the safety of its citizens," the report said.

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the Arab League also expressed solidarity with Morocco as well as numerous Arab countries, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.
